			<description><![CDATA[The current case law in the US is that neither linking to nor embedding copyright infringing material hosted on another site constitutes copyright infringement in itself. Therefore the legal risk to a third party embedding a YouTube video on their own site is minimal/non-existent, regardless of the status of any Content ID claims on that video.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I have been trying to find out if a content ID claim indemnifies anyone who links to the video in question from his own site, but no one from youtube will answer. So for instance if I embed a music video for which contentDetails.licensedContent is set to true, but it turns out that the content ID claim was fraudulent, can I be sued for copyright infringement (assuming that links to copyrighted material are themselves copyright violations) ?]]></description>
