I'm afraid I can't give you any advice regarding your specific legal situation, beyond the general information I have provided on my site. Yours is also not the typical situation I am describing in my tutorials, where an average user wants to use copyrighted material by a major media company. It sounds like you have a very personal and specific dispute with these different entities over the rights to this content, and I can't advise you on that. I recommend you consult a lawyer in your country qualified to help you in this matter.

I film skating on an ice rink in the private grounds of the Natural history museum and was shut down by YouTube, due to the music recorded, the copyright claimed by Viocom. I filmed a race from the TV set the fastest in history, but Racing UK who sell a subscription for those who want to watch races after they have run, objected as it was buying them off the BBC. But Trish Walsh Smith, arranged for Sky and a friend to video her dance show in a pub room, and her friend arranged for me to video Trish. Sky objected, but my contract was with our common friend, so was not seen videoing her dancing, pretending to take pictures and put it on YouTube for them both to use in their common promotions online. this was three strikes and lost my 300 videos for life. I appeald the music and they backed down. I appealed the BBC racing and lost. I appealed the video i owned the copyright of, as i filmed it andTrish ignored my appeal via you tube, and it was allowed. So now with one black mark i am safe again. But 3 years later Trish discovered it had been put back up by YouTube and this time did not allege it was her copyright, but asked me to take it down, believing her dance was copyrighted to her. I made it private so she thinks its taken down. She caused me huge dislocation, not having web site to show my works and get more work, and using another site, separated my woks. Our common friend did not want to explain that she was in breach of contract asking me not to video her when she arranged it in the first place and at 70 it was huge effort coming out at 11 pm for her benefit, not mine. In Australia someone makes a false claim that someone has infringed their copyrighted works, one can sue for small damages. What should i do to Trish to teach her a lesson, if its possible?

What effect will SOPA & PIPA have on YouTube if the copyright claims are already managed by YouTube's content ID system? Surely the corporations that submit files and choose what happens to them means there is no need for SOPA or PIPA to interfere? I'm doing some research and this appears to be a grey area. Thanks.
